Welcome to an exciting, fun and rewarding experience!
The R S Sport Horse clinic (camp) is designed to start you on your way to horsemastership, whether or not you are a novice or experienced horse owner. This clinic will cover rider training, horse training, horse management and care, plus other essential training to enhance your expertise as an equestrian.
The clinic will take place over a five day period. Each day will be made up of rider training, horse training, and a session on management or horse/ rider related exercises. The goal for the total experience is to leave you, the participant, with a solid foundation of skills and systems of work that will ensure your success for years to come.
The R S Sport Horse education program will be the source of the training that will be provided. This education program is a culmination of the classic, natural horsemanship practices that have produced consistent results for decades and even centuries of equine care and training. The program has a system of awards for accomplishment in several areas of horsemanship. Each participant will receive a complimentary membership in this program for three months. This way you can begin to earn awards just for accomplishing goals set forth during the clinic. Follow up clinics and seminars will be available to you in the future.
Gatewood Farms of Loxahatchee, Florida has graciously provided their facility for this event. This is a comfortable, private stable that will provide housing for you and your horse for the duration of this clinic. There is a pool available to relax , refresh, and socialize during midday breaks!
· This clinic is open to adults of any age and young riders 15 years or older.
· A light breakfast and lunch will be provided daily.
· Cost of the clinic is $750, with a $250 non-refundable deposit with application.
· Clinic is limited to 8 participants, so register early!
